SHIPPING POLICY: The Wetumpka, AL USPS employees are really good people from our small town. Not only are they the only local postal store, but also my favorite, so I support them regularly. US priority mail shipping usually takes 3-5 days once shipped. All other locations vary from 2 weeks to a few months. Patience is appreciated, but if you suspect that your care package is missing, then please contact me and I will do my best to give you an update or make good. 

RETURN POLICY:  Due to the bespoke nature of my art + poetry, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Every effort has been made to represent each item as accurately as possible, though computer monitor displays may vary. Wanting you to be delighted with the treasures you have so carefully chosen, please contact me with any problems or questions before, during and after making your selection if desired.

PRIVACY POLICY: Your information is yours alone. I will only ever use it to fulfill or discuss issues with you related to your orders. None of your information will be sold by me. Third party payment processing is conducted by Stripe and PayPal. They have their own privacy policy. 

PACKAGING POLICY: I love the earth, water and air we share. My packaging is often recycled or repurposed. Some new materials, as well as plastics may be used for protecting your investment as needed due to the fragile aspect of original fine art. Please know I will keep it to as little as possible and usually reuseable or recyclable.

ADDITIONAL EXPENSE POLICY: Any additional expenses such as duties, VAT, import taxes, or whatever the powers that be want to charge folks for accepting packages will be your sole responsability, because honestly, I just cannot afford to pay them.
